Here at Workmen's, we like to be able to supply you, the customer, with as large of a selection of products as possible, in as many colors and sizes, and at the lowest price that we can. With all of the choices you have on our website, keeping all of the items in stock in every color and size would be very costly, and would raise the price of the items which you purchase from us. Instead of raising prices, some items are ordered from our suppliers as orders are received. Most products that are ordered will arrive within 5-7 business days of you placing the order (some orders can be expedited - call in for details). If the item is in high demand it may take an additional week or two. We will notify you within 3-4 business days of your order being placed if it is expected to take more than the normal estimated delivery time (5-7 business days using UPS Ground).

WARRANTY & RETURNS

If a Workmen's purchase ever fails to meet your expectations for any reason, return it for an exchange or credit. If item(s) are returned within thirty (30) business days of receipt, we will refund your item purchase price. Of course, in the rare circumstance where we make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. Please note: It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you ordered, in the size and color specified. Exchanges can be arranged, by email, by phone, or in our store.

FREE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES

It is required, when returning merchandise to call or email for a return authorization number: 1-740-453-5040 or e-mail us at customer_service@workmens.com

  • By mail - FREE
    When your return is received your account will reflect the credit for your returned items and we will only charge you for your replacement items and shipping costs.
  • By phone - FREE
    Simply call us toll free at 1-740-453-504 . We'll send in-stock items right away, credit you for your return once it is received at our warehouse and only charge you for your replacement items and shipping expenses.
  • In Store - FREE
    Simply bring the packing slip and (if used) your credit card when you placed the order to Customer Service at our store.

When to expect your refund or credit: Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account (you'll see the credit on your following statement). If you paid by check, we'll mail you a refund check.

RETURN POLICY

Non-defective items that are embellished or customized product cannot be returned for re-selection or credit.

Workmen's fully warrants our products to be free of defects in materials, contents and workmanship at the time of purchase. Any warranty claim must be made within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty is limited to failure under normal wear and use. If garment should fail due to material or manufacturer defect, within warranty coverage, Workmen's will repair or replace at our option.

Warranty does not cover garments misused or abused by the consumer, accidents, fading, alteration or negligence. Should a warranty claim become necessary please call our office or e-mail us for a return authorization number.

The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Garments must arrive prepaid along with original proof of purchase (receipt). Return authorizations are valid for 30 days and will be voided after that time period has expired. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Workmen's has the right of final disposition on all warranty claims.

SIZING AND SIZE CONVERSIONS

We are not responsible for your size selection or any freight charges for non-defective return shoes or clothing.

UNWORN FOOTWEAR and WORKWEAR

All returned merchandise must be:
  • Unworn, unused and in resalable condition.
  • In the original packaging (shoe box and/or tags)
  • In a protective shipping carton or in brown wrapping paper ($5.00 reboxing/retagging fee if sent otherwise)
  • Returned within 30 days from the day it was received
  • Merchandise returned after 30 days of receipt and before 60 days of receipt will be accepted for credit. Depending on purchase method, you will be issued a credit, voucher or gift certificate valid towards your next purchase.
  • Insured - we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for the item(s) being returned.

WORN FOOTWEAR and WORKWEAR

May not be returned because:
  • It has been mistreated or abused
  • It does not fit right (only returnable if there is a comfort guarantee)
  • You do not find it comfortable (only returnable if there is a comfort guarantee)

CANCELING AN ORDER

Freight charges will be assessed if an order in transit is canceled or refused.

NO RESTOCK fees for merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt.

CONTESTING A CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL

Contesting a valid charge to your credit card company or issuing bank may result in a $25.00 service charge.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All merchandise thought to be defective must have a Return Authorization.
  1. Please call 1-740-453-5040 to obtain return instructions for any merchandise thought to be defective.
  2. 2. Merchandise will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired or returned in a timely manner.
  3. 3. Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
